Overall, my stay at the New Orleans Marriott was enjoyable thanks to its great location and cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I found the room a bit lacking in storage space and the shower pressure could be better.

My room was clean and roomy, but I wish there were more drawers for clothes. The size seemed a bit smaller than what I expected for the city view room.

I had a great stay at the New Orleans Marriott, thanks to its central location and comfortable accommodations. The beds were super comfy, and I enjoyed the efficient elevator system. However, the bathroom in my room was quite small and could use some updating. Also, the lobby felt very busy, making it hard to hear during check-in.
Rooms

My room was clean and comfortable, though on the small side and with a very tight bathroom. I appreciated having a fridge, which was a nice touch.

I loved the breakfast options at the M Club, especially the omelets made to order. The convenience of having Starbucks on-site was also great.
Facilities

The hotel had excellent facilities including room service, valet parking, and a well-stocked pantry for snacks. However, the lobby atmosphere could get overwhelming at times.

My stay at the New Orleans Marriott was a mix of highs and lows. The location was unbeatable, nestled close to the French Quarter, making it easy to explore. However, I found the parking fees to be outrageous at $47 a night, which left a sour taste. While the room was comfortable and clean, it did feel a bit small for the price I paid.
Rooms
6.0
The room had a nice view from the 27th floor, and the bed was very comfy. Although I enjoyed the view, I found the room to be smaller than expected, which was slightly disappointing.
Service

I encountered a few issues with service. My check-in experience was a bit rocky, as my room wasn’t ready when promised. However, I appreciated that management stepped in to rectify the situation, and I found their efforts genuinely caring.
Location
9.0
The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from key attractions like Bourbon Street and the Sazerac House. It made getting around town incredibly easy, which was a major plus for my trip.
Dining
6.0
Dining options were available, though I felt the breakfast selection was a bit lackluster given the price. The made-to-order options were nice, but I hoped for a bit more variety.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel offered various facilities like room service and valet parking. However, the valet situation seemed inefficient, and I had to wait longer than expected for my car.

I had an overall good experience at the New Orleans Marriott. The location was fantastic, right next to Bourbon Street, and the service from the staff was friendly and attentive. However, the elevator system took a bit of getting used to, and there were a few minor issues with housekeeping during my stay. Overall, it was a solid choice for my visit! 😊

My room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view from the large windows. However, the air conditioning was super noisy, which was a bit distracting during my stay.

I had a solid stay at the New Orleans Marriott. The location was prime, making it easy to explore the French Quarter and waterfront, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped and the elevator situation could use some improvement. Overall, I appreciated the comfortable rooms and great service, especially the helpful staff.
Rooms
8.0
My room was clean and updated, plus I snagged a large corner room with a fantastic view of the city. However, the bathroom was quite small for two, and low shower heads can be an issue for taller folks. Also, I found some dirty socks under the chair, which was a bit off-putting.
Service
8.0
The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating. They helped fix my USB issues quickly and even provided a wheelchair when my wife needed it. However, there was a frustrating 40-minute wait at check-in which dampened the start of my stay.
Location
10.0
The location was unbeatable! I was within walking distance of Bourbon Street and tons of great restaurants. It was perfect for exploring all the must-see spots in NOLA without needing a car.
Dining
9.0
I enjoyed the breakfast offerings, especially the made-to-order omelets and beignets, although it felt a bit pricey. There was a good variety of bites in the lounge too, which made for a nice evening treat.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel had all the amenities I needed, like a market for quick snacks and drinks, which made my stay even smoother. Although, the elevator wait times were a hassle.
